Am I the only one that realized that the intro by Bruce buffer at UFC 257 for Dustin & Conor was introduced as a championship fight? Re watch the intro to the fight. He clearly states championship fight before Dustin and Conor fought
It’s funny when people bring up “what ifs” like that. What happened, happened.. and it was always going to happen.
This new format sucks
Connor looked OLD and slow, the snap to his punches are gone. Hes old and rich , he will never win another real fight
pls make a video of strikers vs grapplers
Damn....stick to the regular autopsy, who got time for this?
Conor looks 50, hes aged so poorly, looked like dustin was beating up his dad
This is by far your worst autopsy yet. It's like you guys don't even understand MMA. Acting like Conor was devestatingly knocked out and has possible brain damage now. And just utterly disrespecting Dustin and not giving him his credit he's due.
Good video but liked other format not a fan of it live
Personally, I didn't like the live format compared to the edited Autopsy this felt more like a podcast than the show. Respect for trying something new though
Petesy didn't kill Tom but apparently someone killed Tom's damn microphone
What amazes me is Connors lack of planning, he didn’t check leg kicks and he seems to change his stance positioning his back foot and keeping his arms forward like he did with Aldo to trying to straight up box with Dustin. I was amazed that he didn’t seem to have a plan. He still has little ground game, doesn’t block leg kicks well and now he has a worse stance and he didn’t have the chin that other fighters have.
It’s official since brexit Ireland has better internet!
“Hey Tom you sound like ass” Tom: “Oh, cool I think I’ll keep talking now” “Yeah Tom you still sound like ass man” Tom: “Riiiight, back to what we were talking about now”
Not enough 👍 Likes 👍people. Get those fingers to work!!
Have to say i think you'll should do a top 10 Bellator prospects list
"Main event was a massive upset" What? Ok....
it technically WAS a betting upset since Conor was favorite... I don't know if calling it massive because a LOT of that is just following the "overselling" of Conor.
It was the same Conor that lost to Khabib 3 or 4 years ago. Conor said it’s about levels, guess he’s not at Dustin’s level.
Gave you a "like" per your request but Tom's audio issues were driving me mental.
What I’ve learned from this interview is Dana white is a liar
Im so sick of people downplaying this win. Dustin won because he is the better fighter. He has a better ground game, gas tank, a granite chin, and good hands with power. Conor is a good fighter but dustin fought smart and beat him thats that stop making excuses. Conor even said he was in the best shape he has ever been in so stop
conor got his ass whooped again. accept it, guys you sound silly with the excuses of him not being himself
TOM YESS
This Peter guy is really growing on me, he’s a funny dude
Conor v Tony is the fight I’d like to see. Both coming off loses, and both have exciting styles for a great fight
i loved this longer format, you think we could get this as a podcast?
Ever since Connor stopped "...playing touch-butt in the park with that dork with the ponytail" he's never been the same. Come back Ido Portal!
I don't know why but I don't like Jake Paul
you don't know why you dont' like a horrible person who promotes shit behavior in the sake of entertainment to sell garbage nobody really need but people will watch either way because of "entertainment"? well that is weird man o.o
Is it really that hard just to say Dustin beat Conor!? Dustin is a very well rounded MMA fighter, Conor is a excellent striker, that worked 5 years ago, but it's a different ball game now, you've got to have it all like Dustin does!!!
Why is it that everytime Conor loses Its always oh he isn't motivated, oh it's a bad camp, he is old, he is washed up, he is slow, he is out of shape or he is not in his prime anymore. Why can't it be because his opponent is better. Why is it hard to give credit to the guy who beat him? Stop making excuses for him he came in shape and he was the same guy it just so happens that Dustin has improved more and he fought smarter and better that night. The same excuses are made for the Khabib loss it's just despicable.
Jake Paul's cringy and thirsty
Bro start a go fund me for a new mike 🤦🏻♂️
Maybe, just maybe it had nothing to do with Conor’s camp/preparation, or his age and had everything to do with Poirier being THAT DAMN GOOD.
You know when you were saying this didn't feel like a McGregor fight night that is exactly how I felt. He didn't look like the normal McGregor who was ready to take on The world when he was in the octagon he looked like a man who was about to do something he did not want to do, in fact this is my theory. Okay, here's my theory. They said that last night's pay-per-view was one of the two or three highest-selling pay-per-views of all time. I believe that the UFC paid McGregor a lot of money to throw the fight so that they could sell poirier versus McGregor three for an assload of money. Not to mention the potential of trying to make a big star out of poirier since McGregor doesn't want to fight as much these days. All I could think whenever I seen McGregor in the octagon before the fight is he did not look motivated at all he looked like a man who was about to do something he did not want to do.
155lb fights to make now Dustin vs Oliviera for the title Chandler vs Gaethje Conor vs RDA Tony vs Lee 2
Dustin smoked him fair and square. Good gameplan and implementation, that resulted in the win.
wtf happened to tommy toe hold???
damn this autopsy is absolute garbage?? normally these are my favorite vids these 2 are goofs
I really miss the old Format of these videos but that being said it felt like porier was kind of under minded. Connor is not declining he had a hole in his game and Dustin capitalized to win the fight I would even say Connor looked amazing up until the end of the first. I’m a huge long time fan of the channel but this was a bit disappointing.
Absolutely shit takes, why can no one admit Poirier was better?
Sup boys and ladies, Twas a good fight. Def saw Dustin taking the win. What do y'all think of Charlie Olives fighting Gaethje and winner fights Dustin for the belt? Also what about Chandler vs Ferguson ?
If it's a discord issue you could try switching your discord server if something like this happens. (Click your server's name with the down arrow > Server Settings > then in the Overview section which is the first thing you'll see you'll see "Server Region" to the right of your server icon and right below your server name > pick a different server even if it's farther from where everyone is currently located)
Conor sucked! He should try WWE ...
Conor looked fine. Was hoping for better from you guys.
I dont' know why when it is about Conor they hardly are impartialor objective to begin with, the guy brings atention to the channel so they need to protect him here... it is a shame but it is true
Peetsy Carroll is great too listen too
This was really good guys thankyoù
LOL NOOO DO THE EDITED VERSION WITH THE GODLY MANS VOICE AT FiRST
This being live is bad ass. No one gonna appreciate u unless it goes off without a hitch.
He lost due to being flat footed and not using teep kicks and movement facts
Man think he's a boxer now get rid of the Crumlin crowd get loose and let roddy sort your striking
Tom I love you but your audio was subpar for this.
please dont mention Jakey with Conor.
Happy for Dustin and I wanted him to win so badly, but I was very disappointed in his post fight conference and who he wanted to fight next. Mcgregor again? Nate Diaz? You fucking kidding me. You want Chandler to fight Oliviera? Does he want the belt or not? Does he honestly think he'll get the belt fighting McGregor and Diaz? Weird fights to ask for. Happy for him, but disappointed.
WE’RE GOING TO IOWA, WE’RE GOING TO WISCONSIN, THEN WE’RE GOING TO TAKE BACK THE WHITE HOUSE BUWHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! Love that he referenced the Chappelle skit!
Dustin was simply the better fighter 🤷♀️
@Floating Goose he kinda did and kinda didn't though, him aknowledging how much that kick bust his game is admiting dustin was well prepared, him immediately saying "the face is clean it's only the leg" even after getting KOd kinda diminishes Dustin work, all of that is a mather of apreciation of course but yeah I admit i saw him a bit more down to earththis time even before the fight, because lets be honest there is not a lot he can say in his defense AFTER that.
@Sak Attack I meant the execution of his plan. But yea I'm with you
@Sak Attack that's old m8, especially for conor because his prime was in his younger years. For him, it's old
@holy_crusader515 yea he looked slow and honestly a bit scrawny. His kick game was non existent offensively and defensively. A bit heartbreaking to see him go down like that
Yeah, before I would disagree but now he's getting really sloppy, old man should have stayed in retirement
I already miss the shorter OG Autopsies. 😢
Don’t like the new format tbh
Still waiting for the mythical Conor McGregor of old to show up
Conor has become too famous to coach. Who in his circle is going to tell him he's wrong? Who is going to say, "you have to do this to win" and hold him accountable? The minute I heard he was "running his own camp" I knew he was in trouble. You can't be unbeatable and unteachable!
I heard same happened with Ngannou, after beating Overeem he became overconfident and talked lots of Crap about Miocic, not only that he completely neglected what his coaches told him to do, trained the way he liked and paid for it in full
I dont believe for a second that Conor is getting truly tested in his camps by sparring partners..not MMA sparring. The footage they release almost always shows Conor dictating the action and his partner looking very passive. But on the other hand we have Max Holloway looking the best of his career with little to no sparring at all! So maybe it comes down to mindset, humility and true focus. Idk. It really didnt look like the fighter i expected. Even that lightning fast "Notorious" left of his looked slower from the jump. Something was definitely off.
Diamonds are forever ♾ 💎 ♾
I think Poiriers comments immediately after the fight hint thag hes got an eye out of the door. He has 2 options become number 1 or money. I think in his own eyes even though it was internim title he's achieved number 1 status. Don't forget you are talking about McGregor being over the hill but they're the same age with Poirier having more fights and more damage on his record. Poirier after that Diamond money
Mcbitch losing was the best thing that could happen for the mma world
How's that the best thing? Conor is the ufc's big draw still.
1 min i liked then you botched
Calderwood SUX So she beat Jessica Eye big deal. Eye is terrible, very easy to hit she tends to make her challengers look great .💩👎🏽
Can you make a video on how deluded conor fans can be
Im surprised people don't see the red flags...the yes men around Conor, letting him in charge of camps and coaching and his own delusions about the fights he lost...Lets be real if you read his tweets you will be under the impression that he was winning over Mayweather (When clearly Mayweather was testing him, figured out his game and started toying with him until he decided to get him out of there) or Khabib (who mauled him for 3 rounds and choked him out in the 4th) and now his narrative is "I didn't get rattled it was me legs giving up"...the man is living in his delusions and its sad.
Hes exceptional when hes the hammer but when hes the nail he folds quickly
This reminds me of the Rhonda and Amanda PPV, all this hype for Rhonda, a star that spent more time out of the ring than in, and none on Amanda and then, shockingly, the more active and better fighter wins.
Dustin Poirier won that is it, he improved a lot since the first bout! I want to see him beat Michael Johnson!
I do not like the live autopsy
It's amazing how Tom can have picture-perfect video but sound like he's recording inside a fucking aquarium
Plz don’t talk about that FIstreamr with the fruity hair
Wow, I hate this live autopsy format
Poirier x Oliveira (undisputed title) Chandler x Gaethje (#1 contender) Conor x Diaz 3 (both coming of a loss) Tony x Hooker (2 defeats in a row) BOOK IT!!
Please don't spoil fight in the title. Please.
Connors game plan shit the bed when his patented bum shoulder rubs were, surprise surprise, ineffective. In the 5th year of Connor not having a 155 win, and he's now 1-2 in the division
Who else had an issue watching the fight at first? Also, that's still my GIRL!!!! (Amanda Ribas) 🥺🤧
Assuming Khabib doesn't come back I want: Poirier v Gaethje 2 for the belt Oliveira v Chandler Tony v Conor
At least this is back
There's a guy who speaks with the balleewn accent
How do you not "get" Chandler wanting a war and then going home and kissing his wife? Every man wants to make a good war, to earn his bread and water, and to go home to peace. There are higher order things than win bonuses and UFC rankings. This is a serious question: Do either of you practice a martial art or compete? If not, how can you not "get" not wanting to be irreparably damaged?
Only 6 minutes in and the amount of disrespect these people have for Dustin is unbelievable. Conor only loses cause somethings wrong with him and not the work of the other fighter ye?
If Porier lost would people also make excuses for him like he wasn't 100% or had a bad camp blah blah??? Just face it people, Conor had his magic but Dustin overcame it.
Conor an dhis team were super vocal about this being his best shape and best training camp... and he was pretty... "clear" about the fact that he lost this fight (in his perception) because he can't check kicks XD so yeah people being apologists for conor is kinda "fan reactioning" oh well, haters gunna hate and bitches gunna bitch I guess XD
The description box should have timestamps by topic or question. It’s too long without timestamps
Format, animations, perspective, everything is on point! Lovin it guys
U guys really are on point 😆
I like hearing Tom talk about Paul 😂 preach
Dan "Backup fighter" Hooker
TTH?! Where you been man?
Dana gonna push for DP vs Chandler. He dont like Brazilians that are #1 Contender's He wont give Glover a title shot he deserves the only exception was Costa because The Champ asked for that fight
And costa is way more marketable as a jacked ko artist
Four minutes in, and I already love the new format. I've always wished all the Autopsy videos were an hour long. Great job guys.
People are only saying he was acting strange cause he lost, had conor won they'd say oh he's motivated again. Dustin was the better fighter tonight, just accept it
@Lvasi all of that is a credit to Dustin chopping him down. Before that leg was busted up he looked fantastic. Quit making excuses, Dustin is just better now.
Connor acting strange? Only when he lost...., be a true fan, don't try to find excuses he lost to a better fighter.
@Arte Floe ok
Also he trained a lot for this fight, and he was very motivated and focused, but Poirier was just the better fighter.
Yeah it's not like he was undefeated and this was an upset, the guy lost 3 fights since 2016, I mean he's still a great fighter but he's not the best and he never was.
Are these always going to be an hour long from now on?
Conor M. Verified Reviewer 4.0 star rating HEAT PREFERENCE: Medium Kicks your leg and knocks you out Review by Conor M. on 24 Jan 2021review stating Kicks your leg and knocks you out You know what they say: styles make sauces. It's not that I don't have the style to handle the heat but this sauce took out me leg. Fair play to Dustin. He's a great sauce maker. It hit me right in the muscle. There wasn't a mark on me face but me leg was gone. Hats off to him for such a great sauce.
Quit. Making. Excuses. For. Conor. Everyone was mad when people were making excuses for Cowboy losing to him. Dustin was better. Give him respect.
@L R he never defended against anyone, that is so disappointing, anyone could get a title shot from hype and it’s happened so many times but defending the belt is a true champion move
But but but Conor is rich rich 🤣 so many people making excuses on Conor’s behalf will only make him worse
Exactly
@L R this is an "objective" perspective, but so is the fact that he only earned a title shot in Featherweight then was handed one in lightweight, he never defended neither belt so Matt Serra's champion run was more meritory than Conor's, and before you say Serra didn't defend either, he tried, hence he did more for his championship, Mayweather carried the boxing match through those rounds Conor was tired early presented no danger to one of th greatest champions in boxing history and got smashed as soon as Mayweather turned up the heat, finally he fought at 3 divisions... true but he only fought lightweights at welteweight, pretty mediocre (at that point) lightweights too, Nate is STILL a nobody the only relevant thing he ever did was beating Conor, being popular doens't mean you're particularly good. Basically ALL you said is true, but all i said is true too, so it is fair game to say he is overhyped, if you didn't notice (and i'm sure you did because you dont' sound stupid) UFC 257 was basically "CONOR vs.... conor's oponent" and the selling point about poirier was not the fact that he was an interim lightweight champion who actually fought for the legit title, or the fact that he beat some of the best LWs in the world, but the fact that conor beat him "will conor be able to beat him again?" it is all about the money in this regard as you pointed out in another comment, but don't be fooled, conor is (still is) a valuable asset, both for the UFC and for media, so it is not rare to understand who the UFC and in this case MMA on point over sell the little the guy has to offer and ignore the stuff that makes him a horrible human being (although I admit he seemed more down to earth this last time) in sake for money and views and all that. Apologies for the wall of text, have a good day.
@Sak Attack how is saying he couldnt fight because there wasnt any crowds an excuse? And im not a conor fan but saying he is over hyped is stupid
Typical of you lot to instead of credit DP for the win, to try and discredit his opponent for losing fair and square. Dustin had the better gameplan, executed it and was the better man on the night. That is the narrative. But instead, its all talk about how Conor is 'past it' when the majority predicted him to win. He was not past it, he lost to the better man on the night. Expected better from you lot
imagine if by some reason Conor dropped Dustin in the first round and the Reff stopped it, not even an actual KO, these guys would be talking about the "KING'S RETURN" sayign how he looked better than ever and ONLY Khabib could be a proper oponent and how if Khabib didn'¿t take the fight you can't consider him the GOAT because Conor obviously is on his prime... but he didn't so it si time to be apologetic and assume it was Conor's fault for just going 10% of his MAGICAL habilities.
Jason sounds like Kanye when he recorded Through the Wire
All of Ireland is on suicide watch after the KO lmao
🤣
Connor should retire, but people saying connor could never fight need to watch the nate fights, those were wars
Tom’s audio is horrible and annoying and now I feel bad for him 😒
